A client form may be emailed out to you and/or completed at your first treatment to take a full detailed medical, obstetric and pregnancy history to ensure treatments are safe and appropriate ruling out any contra-indications
All treatments are clinical and range from 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the treatment you have booked. Prior to your treatment we will discuss symptoms as well as changes and experiences since your last treatment. A treatment will be carried out and appropriate aftercare advice will be given.
The treatments are administered to provide relief from the issues of pregnancy related conditions. We recommend that you have a course of 4-6 treatments to give your body a chance to work with the therapies.
Please be prompt for your appointment as additional time cannot be provided at the end of your session.
Reschedule & Cancellation
Appointments may be rescheduled with one week’s full notice and dependent on availability.
If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, or if you miss any appointment, it may not be rescheduled and you will forego your treatment for this session. This is due to inability to fill time slots at short notice.
Where are sessions/treatments carried out?
All treatments and sessions are carried out in our treatment facilities.
No refunds are given if you miss an appointment or give less than 48 hours’ notice. However, if you have gone into labour or have given birth we will transfer your treatment to one of our postnatal treatments of equal value.
Payment for Treatments & Verbal Consultations
Consultations over the phone/Skype (or alternative video platform) must be paid for in advance of the session. An invoice link will be sent for payment. Any oils/accessories or discussed items you wish to purchase following your consultation will be invoiced separately for payment prior to shipment.
Any treatments booked through the website or following an email/verbal discussion may be paid for by bank transfer, or cash/card on the day of treatment. Regardless of payment method, a 20% non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure your booking, this will be sent through a payment link, and taken off the price of your treatment.
Gift Vouchers are available starting from £10 up to a course of treatments and are valid for 6 months from issue date.
I offer a 15% discount for NHS staff, please inform me at time of booking and please bring photo identification to claim your discount. This cannot be claimed retrospectively.
This has been designed to thank you for your support and recognise your commitment to your health and that of your baby. Each treatment can earn you loyalty points as follows:
35 minute treatment = 1 loyalty point
60 minute treatment = 2 loyalty points
Any Package = 3 loyalty points * (excludes moxibustion treatment)
mini treatment ** = 5 loyalty points
Free Treatment of your choice *** = 10 loyalty points
If you recomment a friend and they have a treatment you will qualify for £5 off your next treatment +.
* points may only be allocated once the final treatment has been completed.
** The 20 minute mini-treatment is a 20 minute mini-massage, reflexology or acupuncture relaxation treatment.

We run competitions from time to time. All competition winners must use their prize within 3 months of the date of the announced winner. Booking must be made via the website.
There is no cash alternative and the winning prize cannot be transferred to another person.
