Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy uses essential oils, which are the concentrated extracts taken from plants.  The oils are used for their specific property to support the body’s natural healing process and enhance well-being. The oils used in our treatments are sourced from a reputable supplier due to their purity which makes them superior for clinical use.

Please note that during pregnancy many essential oils MUST NOT be used at all. Some oils MUST NOT be used before 37 weeks. If you are unsure please book a personalised consultation below.

How are essential oils used?

Our treatments blend up to 3 oils which are used for their properties in relieving symptoms of a pregnancy condition you are suffering with.  We also have a range of carrier oils which complement the oils chosen to support your treatment.

If you would to use essential oils or carrier oils in pregnancy but are unsure which ones are safe for you, please book a personalised consultation below for advice. Please note this does not include any of our treatments.
